At MyAussieNest, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it right! Please read our return and refund policy carefully to ensure a smooth process.

Received a Defective or Damaged Item? 
No worries! If your order arrives defective or damaged in transit, we will send you a new one free of charge. Just contact us at office@myaussienest.com within 2 days of receipt, and we’ll take care of it for you.

Not Happy with Your Purchase?
We want you to love what you buy! If you’re not 100% satisfied, you can return your item for a full refund within 30 days of receipt. Simply follow our return instructions below.

Want to Change or Cancel Your Order?
If your order has not been processed yet, we can cancel it. To request a cancellation, you must contact us by 11:59 PM EST on the day of ordering. Orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be canceled. Please email us at office@myaussienest.com for assistance.

Order Lost in Transit?
In rare cases, shipping delays may occur. While we do not directly control shipping conditions, if your order is not delivered within 60 days of shipping, we will issue a full refund. Please note that for faster delivery, some items may arrive in multiple packages.

Return Policy & Process
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of receipt. If 30 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Important Notes:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Customized products are not eligible for returns.
  • Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method or as store credit that never expires.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged item, we will replace it free of charge—no need to return it! Just email us at office@myaussienest.com within 2 days of delivery, including a photo or video of the item for verification.

Size or Measurement Issues
Items are not eligible for refunds due to size or measurement issues if the correct variant was shipped as per your order. However, if we made an error, we will gladly process an exchange or refund.

How to Request a Return?
Getting in touch with us is easy! Simply email office@myaussienest.com, and we will investigate your return request. If the goods are faulty or damaged, we will either send you a replacement item or issue a full refund.
