1. Where do you ship to?
We currently ship Australia-wide only. We hope to offer international shipping in the future — follow us on Facebook to stay in the loop!
2. How much is shipping?
We offer flat-rate shipping of $4.95 AUD on all orders — no matter the size or value.
3. How long will my order take to arrive?
Our estimated delivery time is 12–20 business days from the day your order is shipped. You’ll receive a tracking link once it’s on its way.
4. Do you offer order tracking?
Yes! Every order comes with tracking included. Once your parcel ships, we’ll email you a tracking link so you can follow its journey.
5. How can I pay for my order?
We currently accept PayPal only. It’s safe, fast, and lets you check out with ease using your card or PayPal balance.
6. I haven’t received my order — what should I do?
First, check your tracking link. If things still don’t look right, just email us at office@myaussienest.com — we’ll get it sorted right away.
7. Can I cancel or change my order?
If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we’ll do our best to help! Please email us as soon as possible at office@myaussienest.com with your order details.
8. Do you accept returns?
